Henry Troemner LLC agrees to correct for the original purchaser of this product, either by repair, or at Henry Troemner LLC's election by replacement, any defects in material or workmanship which develops within the specified warranty period after delivery of this product to the original purchaser. In the event of repair, the repaired unit will be warranted for the remainder of the original specified warranty period or sixty (60) days, which ever is longer. If the product should require service, contact Henry Troemner LLC at (856) 686-1600, fax (856) 686-1601. This warranty shall not apply if the defect or malfunction was caused by accident, neglect, unreasonable use, improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. There are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, those of merchantability to fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond the description and period set forth herein. Henry Troemner LLC's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product and Henry Troemner LLC shall not, in any event, be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from use or possession of this product. Some states do not allow (1) limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or (2) the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you the specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Product returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. Contact our Customer Service Department at (856) 686-1600 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have the serial number and part number of the unit to be returned, along with the reason for return. If the unit is under warranty, we will repair the faulty unit, issue a credit or send a replacement. When return for repair of a product is necessary, a return authorization number must be assigned and the product should be shipped, transportation charges prepaid, to: Henry Troemner LLC, 201 Wolf Drive, Thorofare, NJ 08086-0087. To insure prompt handling, the return authorization number must be placed on the outside of the package and a detailed explanation of the defect enclosed with the product units that are claimed as being unused must be returned in their original un-opened carton.
